Our award winning Snowy River Black Garlic Whole Bulbs are grown and processed in East Gippsland Victoria.
Often referred to as fermented black garlic or aged black garlic, black garlic is actually a result of a Maillard action which is a chemical reaction between amino acids and reducing sugars this gives black garlic its distinctive flavor.
We like to use our whole black garlic bulbs in salads, Aoli, Risotto, Pizzas, Roast meat, fried with mushrooms and on platters, its uses are limited to your imagination.
We use sustainable farming practices and are 100% chemical free. Available in 200g bag our package is compostable.
