A bit about us

Snowy River Black Garlic was founded in 2016. Since that time, we've won numerous awards and our garlic features in many of Australia's top restaurant kitchens.

Black garlic is one of the world's most up and coming gourmet ingredients. For due reason, the taste is sensational, it can be used creatively across a variety of cooking styles and it has numerous health benefits
