Have you tried making our Black Garlic Aioli?
+ 6 cloves black garlic
+ 1 clove of fresh garlic
+ 1 tsp black garlic salt (or salt)
+ 2 egg yolks at room temperature
+ 1 tsp lemon juice
+ 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Add all ingredients except oil to food processor and pulse until combined.
- Continue blending while slowly adding extra-virgin olive oil, until aioli thickens.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
