Have you tried making our Black Garlic Aioli?⁠

Ingredients:⁠

+ 6 cloves black garlic ⁠

+ 1 clove of fresh garlic⁠

+ 1 tsp black garlic salt (or salt)⁠

+ 2 egg yolks at room temperature ⁠

+ 1 tsp lemon juice⁠

+ 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil ⁠

Method:⁠

  1. Add all ingredients except oil to food processor and pulse until combined.⁠
  2. Continue blending while slowly adding extra-virgin olive oil, until aioli thickens. ⁠
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.⁠
